مقومات العالم الإسلامي وســبل تنميتها

تسعى الأمم القوية لبناء حاضرها واستشراف مستقبلها على أساس من تاريخها وأحداثها التي خطت أثرها في تشكيل هذا الواقع، محاوِلَة من ذلك البحث عن حقيقة وجودها، وبذرة نموها، ومكامن قوتها، وعوامل استقرارها، لتتعهدها بالنماء والتوجيه؛ حيث لم تقم أمة من الأمم على قطع العلاقة بين أمسها ويومها ومستقبلها، بل إنها تعود خطوات لتستلهم الظروف التي شكلت وعيها وأصلبت عودها، كي تجعل منه زادًا لخوض الواقع بكل جدارة وجسارة، يهدف البحث للكشف عن مقومات قوة العالم الإسلامي ونقاط تميزه الطبيعية، من حيث موقعه بين قارات العالم، وما وهبه الله تعالى من طاقات هائلة تؤهله لإثبات ذاتيته وإنجاح رسالته وتحقيقه للسلام العالمي، وقبل هذا حفاظه على أمن واستقرار شعوبه الذين يقطنون تلك البقعة من العالم، كما يهدف إلى الوقوف على موقع العالم الإسلامي ومركزيته بين دول العالم وأهميته بالنسبة لخريطة العالم، وكذا معرفة الطاقات والموارد الطبيعية والبشرية والروحية التي يتميز بها العالم الإسلامي، بالإضافة إلى بيان أهمية وتنوع مصادر القوة في العالم الإسلامي، واستنباط سبل تنمية الطاقات والإمكانات التي يمتلكها؛ ليتبوأ مكانته السامية المناسبة لعِظَم رسالته التي يحملها، وقد اعتمد البحث بشكل أساسي على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، وذلك عند الكشف عن موقع العالم الإسلامي والطاقات المبثوثة فيه، وتحليل الأبعاد الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والإدارية والروحية المرتبطة بتلك الطاقات وآثار استغلالها على الوجه الأمثل، بالإضافة إلى المنهج الاستنباطي الذي يضع خطة للمحافظة على هذه الموارد وتنميتها، بما يضمن حاضرا مشرقا ويستشرف مستقبلا أكثر قوة وتميزا للعالم الإسلامي وشعوبه، وقد خلص البحث إلى أن المقومات الطبيعية للعالم الإسلامي تشكل قوة عظمى بين الأمم، عند التنسيق بين الدول العالم الإسلامي، وأن الطاقات البشرية الهائلة في العالم الإسلامي تمثل عنصر قوة عند وضع الخطط اللازمة للإفادة منها على المستوى المحلي والإقليمي والدولي، كما أن استعادة تأثير العالم الإسلامي في القرارات الدولية مرهون بتنمية مواطن قوته ومنها الجانب الروحي الذي يمد الجوانب الأخرى بما تحتاجه من عناصر للتنمية، أهمها المواطن الصالح المؤثر في محيطه والمتفاعل مع عالمه الذي يعيش فيه.

Rather, it has taken steps to draw inspiration from the circumstances that shaped its consciousness and strengthened its foundation, In order to make it a provision to face reality with all worthiness and courage, the research aims to reveal the components of the strength of the Islamic world and its natural points of distinction, in terms of its location between the continents of the world, and what God Almighty has given it of enormous energies that qualify it to prove its identity and the success of its message and the achievement of world peace, and before this its preservation of the security and stability of its people who inhabit that part of the world, as it aims to stand on the position of the Islamic world, Its centrality among the countries of the world and its importance in relation to the world map, as well as knowledge of the natural, human and spiritual energies and resources that characterize the Islamic world, in addition to clarifying the importance and diversity of sources of power in the Islamic world, and deducing ways to develop the energies and capabilities that it possesses; to assume its lofty position appropriate to the greatness of the message that it carries. The research relied mainly on the descriptive and analytical approach, This is done by revealing the location of the Islamic world and the energies disseminated within it, and analyzing the social, economic, administrative, and spiritual dimensions associated with these energies and the effects of exploiting them in the best possible way, in addition to the deductive approach that sets a plan to preserve and develop these resources, in a way that guarantees a bright present and anticipates a stronger and more distinguished future for the Islamic world and its peoples, The research concluded that the natural components of the Islamic world constitute a great power among nations, when coordination is established between the countries of the Islamic world, and that the enormous human energies in the Islamic world represent an element of strength when developing the necessary plans to benefit from them at the local, regional and international levels, Restoring the Islamic world's influence on international decision-making also depends on developing its strengths, including the spiritual dimension, which provides other aspects with the elements they need for development, most importantly a good citizen who influences their surroundings and interacts with the world in which they live.
