تعـــدد زوجات النبـــــي صلى الله عليه وسلم دراسة تحليلية

     يظن البعض أن الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم تزوج من نفسه، وهذا غير صحيح، فإن الذي أباح له هذا العدد، وجعله خصوصية له هو الله تعالى، وجعل له نساء مشروطات، فليس متاحا له الزواج من أي امرأة، ويهدف البحث إلى دراسة بعض الشبهات التي ثارت حول تعدد زوجات النبيe، وقد قمت بالرد عليها من خلال توضيح أن: النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم زوجه الله ولم يتزوج، فلم يعدد هذا العدد من النساء من تلقاء نفسه، فلو ترك وإرادته ما خالف الشرع الذي أمر بتبليغه، بدليل أنه لما ترك وإرادته بالزواج من الواهبات أنفسهن لم يرد ذلك، فلم يكن عنده أحد من الواهبات أنفسهن، والحكمة المستبانة من تعداده e هي الخصوصية المعللة، وأن الله تعالى اصطفى لنبيه بعض النساء لينالوا المنزلة الرفيعة في الدنيا والآخرة تكريما للمرأة، فاختارهن لصحبة نبيه لما لهن من السابقة في الإسلام ولأسباب أخرى منها، كسب الأنصار ونشر الدعوة المباركة، ثم بينت شيئا من البيت النبوي الشريف لنهتدي بهم ونقتدي، ويهدف البحث-أيضا- إلى الإجابة على بعض تلك التساؤلات التي عرضت من خلال قراءة آيات سورة الأحزاب والتي تحدثت حول هذا الموضوع، واعتمدتُ في هذا البحث على "المنهج التَّحليلي"، وهو "منهج يقومُ على دراسةِ الإشكالات العلميَّة المختلفة، تفكيكاً، أو تركيباً، أو تقويماً، وقد توصلت إلى بعض النتائج منها: أن النبي e زوج ولم يتزوج لحكمة فقهنا شيئا منها في صفحات هذا البحث، وكذلك أن مبدأ الخصوصية المعللة من سنن الله تعالى في الكون، وأيضا بعد النبي تماماً عما يقوله المغرضون من حيفهم حول تعدد زوجات النبي e، ويوصي الباحث باتخاذ النبي قدوة في العدل في القسم بين النساء، كما يوصي بالإيمان بكل ما ورد والتمسك به وإن لم تستبن لنا الحكمة، فالحكيم لا يعبث وإن غابت عنا حكمته.

The research aims to study some of the suspicions that have arisen about polygamy. He chose them for the company of his Prophet because of their precedence in Islam and for other reasons, including gaining supporters and spreading the blessed call. Then I explained something from the Prophet’s line. Al-Sharif, let us be guided by them and imitate them. The research also aims to answer some of those questions that were presented through reading the verses of Surat Al-Ahzab that spoke about this topic. In this research, I relied on the “analytical method,” which is “an approach based on studying various scientific problems, Deconstruction, assembly, or evaluation, and I have reached some results, including: That the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was married and did not marry due to the wisdom of our jurisprudence, some of which we have mentioned in the pages of this research, and also that the principle of justified privacy is one of the laws of God Almighty in the universe, and also the Prophet’s complete distance from what those who are biased against say about the multiple wives of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and the researcher recommends that the Prophet be taken as an example of justice in The oath between women also recommends believing in everything mentioned and adhering to it, even if the wisdom is not apparent to us. The wise man does not mess around even if his wisdom is absent from us.
