فقه الـمـقـاصد الدعوية في فتاوى دار الإفتاء الـمـصـريـة وأثره في إعداد الدعاة

يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز فقه المقاصد الدعوية في فتاوى دار الإفتاء المصرية، فلها العديد من الجهود الدعوية بما تصدره من مؤلفات، وما تعقده من مؤتمرات، وما تبثه من فتاوى وأحكام؛ لمعالجة قضايا التطرف والإرهاب، وتقديم الحلول للمشكلات الأسرية والاجتماعية والسياسية والاقتصادية والثقافية، ولاشك أن فقه المقاصد الدعوية في فتاوى دار الإفتاء المصرية يبين سماحة الإسلام ورحمته وتيسيره على المدعوين، ودعوته إلى تحقيق السعادة لهم في الدنيا والأخرة، وله أثره في إعداد الدعاة إلى الله-تعالى- والارتقاء بهم من الناحية العلمية والأخلاقية، ومراعاة حال المدعوين، وتحقيق الوسطية والاعتدال في المجتمع، واستخدمت في البحث المنهج الاستقرائي، والمنهج الاستردادي، والمنهج التحليلي، وتوصلت الى نتائج منها: أهمية مؤسسة دار الإفتاء المصرية ومكانتها وجهودها العلمية والعملية في خدمة الدعوة إلى الله-تعالى-داخل مصر وخارجها، وبيان دورها في نشر الفكر الوسطي المعتدل البعيد عن الإفراط والتفريط، وأن الفتاوى الدينية من أهم أركان العمل الدعوي التي ينبغي على الداعية أن يتسلح بها، نظرًا لقوة العلاقة والترابط بينها وبين الدعوة إلى الله تعالى، كما أن فقه المقاصد الدعوية يبين سماحة الإسلام ورحمته وتيسيره على المدعوين، ودعوته إلى تحقيق السعادة لهم في الدنيا والآخرة، ونشر السلام بين أفراد المجتمع جميعًا، وأيضا بيان الفرق بين المقاصد الدعوية ومقاصد الشريعة بما يسهم في دفع اللبس والخلط الذي يقع فيه بعض الباحثين المتخصصين في علوم الدعوة والشريعة، وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة إبراز دور المؤسسات الدينية وجهودها في خدمة الدعوة إلى الله-تعالى-محليًا وعالميًا، والاستفادة منها في الدعوة في الواقع المعاصر، وكذلك ضرورة توجيه الباحثين إلى القيام بمثل تلك الدراسات، وبيان العلاقة بينها وبين الدعوة الإسلامية للإفادة منها في النهوض بالعمل الدعوي، وأيضا التأكيد على أهمية فقه المقاصد الدعوية ودراسة الدعاة له؛ لما له من آثار في إعدادهم الخلقي والعلمي، قيام الباحثين بدراسة فقه المقاصد التربوية وكذلك فقه المقاصد الاجتماعية، والقضايا الدعوية المعاصرة في فتاوى دار الإفتاء المصرية، فإنها مشروعات بحثية مقترحة جديرة بالبحث والدراسة وسيكون بمشيئة الله-تعالى-لها أثرها وفوائدها في إثراء البحث العلمي وخدمة الدعوة الإسلامية.
 
This research aims to highlight the jurisprudence of the purposes of advocacy in the fatwas of the Egyptian Fatwa House, as it has many advocacy efforts through the publications it issues, the conferences it holds, and the fatwas and rulings it broadcasts. To address the issues of extremism and terrorism, and to provide solutions to family, social, political, economic, and cultural problems. There is no doubt that the jurisprudence of the purposes of advocacy in the fatwas of the Egyptian Fatwa House demonstrates Islam’s tolerance, mercy, and ease with those who are called, and its call to achieve happiness for them in this world and the hereafter, and it has its impact in preparing preachers to God Almighty. - And elevating them from a scientific and moral standpoint, taking into account the condition of those invited, and achieving moderation and moderation in society. The inductive method, the retrieval method, and the analytical method were used in the research, It reached results including: the importance of the Egyptian Dar Al-Iftaa Foundation, its status and its scientific and practical efforts in serving the call to God - the Almighty - inside and outside Egypt, and explaining its role in spreading moderate, moderate thought far from excess and negligence, and that religious fatwas are among the most important pillars of the preaching work that the preacher must do. To be armed with it, given the strength of the relationship and interconnectedness between it and the call to God Almighty, and the jurisprudence of missionary objectives shows Islam’s tolerance, mercy, and facilitation of those who are called, and its call to achieving happiness for them in this world and the hereafter, and spreading peace among all members of society, and also explaining the difference between missionary objectives. And the objectives of Sharia law in a way that contributes to eliminating the confusion and confusion that some researchers specializing in the sciences of advocacy and Sharia fall into, The study recommends the need to highlight the role of religious institutions and their efforts in serving the call to God Almighty, locally and globally, and to benefit from them in advocacy in the contemporary reality, as well as the need to direct researchers to conduct such studies, and explain the relationship between them and the Islamic call to benefit from them in advancing advocacy work. It also emphasizes the importance of the jurisprudence of the purposes of advocacy and its study by preachers. Because of the effects it has on their moral and scientific preparation, researchers study the jurisprudence of educational objectives, as well as the jurisprudence of social objectives, and contemporary advocacy issues in the fatwas of the Egyptian Fatwa House. They are proposed research projects worthy of research and study, and will, God Almighty willing, have their impact and benefits in enriching scientific research and serving Islamic call.
