أثر الدعوة الإسلامية في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية

     حظيت التنمية الاقتصادية  بعناية الكثير من المفكرين والدعاة والفقهاء؛ لما لها من أثر عظيم في تحقيق الرخاء والازدهار على مستوى الفرد والجماعة، ويتضح ذلك من خلال الكشف عن مفهوم التنمية، ، كما أن التنمية الاقتصادية في رحاب الدعوة الإسلامية تتميز بالكثير من الخصائص : كالشمول، والتنوع، والعدالة، وقد كان للدعوة الإسلامية أثر بارز  في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية على مستوى الأفراد والجماعات والدول، حيث حثت على استغلال الثروات الطبيعية وحسن توظيفها، كما حثت أرباب الأموال على البذل فيما يحقق النفع والرخاء، كبناء المساجد، والمستشفيات، وتنمية الأوقاف على اختلاف مظاهرها وأنماطها، كما ربطت بين التدين والطاعة من جهة، وبين الازدهار وتحقق الرخاء والغنى من جهة أخرى؛ ولذا فيهدف هذا البحث إلى التعريف بمفهوم التنمية الاقتصادية، وإبراز خصائص التنمية الاقتصادية في رحاب الدعوة الإسلامية، وتوضيح مدى قدرتها على مواكبة التغيرات الاقتصادية المعاصرة، وكذلك بيان جهود الدعوة الإسلامية في التصدى لمعوقات التنمية الاقتصادية؛ كالربا، والرشوة، والسرقة، والغش، والاحتكار، وأيضا توضيح الكثير من مظاهر استثمار الثروات، وحفظها، والعمل على تنميتها، والتحذير من إهدارها أوجحودها، مع توضيح الآثار المترتبة على كل ذلك، واستخدمت في البحث المنهج الاستردادي التاريخي، والمنهج الوصفي، والمنهج الاستقرائي، وتوصلت إلى نتائج منها: أن الاقتصاد الإسلامي يتصل بكافة العلوم الإسلامية كالحديث والتفسير والعقيدة وغير ذلك من العلوم، وذلك لكونه شاملا لمجموعة من الأصول والمبادئ العامة المستنبطة من القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية المطهرة، المتعلقة بالنظام الاقتصادي في الإسلام، وكذلك تتنوع خصائص التنمية الاقتصادية في الإسلام ومن أبرز هذه الخصائص : الشمولية، والتوازن ، والواقعية، وتقرير الملكية العامة في الضروريات، كما توصلت إلى أن الإسلام وسط في نظامه الاقتصادي - بوجه خاص -،  وفي جميع أنظمته - بوجه عام - في الجمع بين الجانب المادي والجانب الروحي، ويوصي الباحث بإحياء قيمة العمل كسبب لتحصيل الرزق، وكذلك بالحث على حفظ النعمة بدوام شكر المنعم، وأيضا بتوجيه الأنظمة والحكومات إلى الاسترشاد بمنهج الإسلام في وضع  أفضل النظم الاقتصادية لتوزيع الموارد توزيعا شاملا وعادلا ، دون تفرقة جنسية أو عرقية .
 
      Economic development has received the attention of many thinkers, preachers, and jurists. Because of its great impact in achieving prosperity and well-being at the individual and group levels, this is evident through revealing the concept of development, and economic development within the framework of the Islamic call is characterized by many characteristics: such as inclusion, diversity, and justice. The Islamic call has had a prominent impact on Achieving economic development at the level of individuals, groups, and countries, as it urged the exploitation of natural resources and their proper use. It also urged the owners of money to spend in what brings benefit and prosperity, such as building mosques, hospitals, and developing endowments in their various manifestations and types. It also linked religiosity and obedience on the one hand, and between Prosperity, prosperity and wealth on the other hand; Therefore, this research aims to introduce the concept of economic development, highlight the characteristics of economic development within the framework of the Islamic call, and clarify the extent of its ability to keep pace with contemporary economic changes, as well as explain the efforts of the Islamic call in confronting the obstacles to economic development. Such as usury, bribery, theft, fraud, and monopoly, and also clarifying many aspects of investing wealth, preserving it, working to develop it, and warning against wasting it or being ungrateful, while clarifying the implications of all of that. The historical retrieval method, the descriptive method, and the inductive method were used in the research, It reached conclusions including: Islamic economics is related to all Islamic sciences, such as hadith, interpretation, doctrine, and other sciences, because it includes a set of general principles and principles derived from the Holy Qur’an and the purified Sunnah of the Prophet, related to the economic system in Islam, and the characteristics of economic development in Islam are also diverse and The most prominent of these characteristics are: comprehensiveness, balance, realism, and public ownership of necessities. I also concluded that Islam is moderate in its economic system - in particular - and in all its systems - in general - in combining the material aspect with the spiritual aspect. The researcher recommends reviving the value of work. As a reason for obtaining sustenance, as well as an incentive to preserve the blessing by constantly thanking the one who bestows it, And also by directing systems and governments to be guided by the Islamic approach in developing the best economic systems to distribute resources comprehensively and fairly, without sexual or ethnic discrimination.
