الأعمال القليلة ذات الأجور الكبيرة حديث (عَمِل قليلًا وأُجِر كثيرًا) أنموذجًا دراسة تحليليَّة حديثيَّة

     يهدف البحث إلى دراسة تحليلية مفصلة لحديث البراء بن عازب رضي الله عنه الذي ورد فيه: "عَمِل قليلًا وأُجِرَ كثيرًا"، ولتوضيح الأعمال القليلة ذات الأجور الكبيرة ببيان مكانة هذه الأمة وشرفها عند الله تعالى بأن ميزها بهذه المنة والفضل، وفضل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم على أمته بدلالتهم على الخير ليجعلها خير الأمم وأكرمها، وكذلك تخريج الحديث وذكر طرقه ودرجته، وترجمة رواته، وذكر رواياته، واختلاف ألفاظه، مع بيان لطائف الإسناد، ثم شرح الحديث شرحًا مفصلًا، مع ذكر الفوائد المستنبطة من الحديث، وبيان مكانة هذه الأمة وشرفها عند الله على سائر الأمم بأن ميزّها بهذه المنة والفضل، وأيضا بيان فضل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم على أمته بدلالتهم على الخير وإرشادهم لما فيه نجاتهم وسعادتهم في الدنيا والآخرة،  ثم بيان فضائل الحديث المشتمل على فضل الله على عباده بتوفيقهم للعمل الصالح وأن الموفق من وفقه الله، وأيضا محاولة استنباط المعاني العظيمة لهذا الحديث من خلال ما تطرق إليه شراح الحديث، وكذلك بيان الأسباب الموجبة لزيادة الأجر بشيء من التفصيل، وتعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الاستقرائي ثم الاستنباطي والتحليلي، وخلص البحث إلى جملة من النتائج من أهمها: منح الأجور الكثيرة مقابل الأعمال اليسيرة إنما هو محض فضل الله تعالى يؤتيه من يشاء بغير حساب، وكذلك مضاعفة ثواب الحسنات تكون بأمور منها؛ الزمان، والمكان، والعمل، والعامل، والإخلاص وغيرها من الأسباب، وأيضا المسارعة والمثابرة على فعل الخير، وعدم التقليل أو التحقير من أي فعل أو قول يقرب العبد من الجنة، والحث على سلوك الطرق الموصولة للعلم بالترغيب فيما ذكر ثوابه، والحث على استغلال العمر فيما ينفع، فالموفق من فقه كرم الله وشكره، وعمل بمقتضى صفاته وسابق إلى الصالحات في الدنيا ليكون من السابقين إلى دخول الجنات في الآخرة، ويوصي البحث  بتوجيه الدراسات العلمية بتتبع ما ورد في السنة النبوية من أعمال قليلة ذات أجور عظيمة.
 
The research aims to conduct a detailed analytical study of the hadith of Al-Baraa bin Azib, may God be pleased with him, in which it was stated: “He worked a little and was rewarded a lot,” and to clarify the few works with great rewards by explaining the status of this nation and its honor in the eyes of God Almighty by distinguishing it with this blessing and favour, and the virtue of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. On his nation by guiding them to goodness to make it the best and most honorable of nations, as well as grading the hadith, mentioning its methods and degree, translating its narrators, mentioning its narrations, and the differences in its wording, with an explanation of the types of chain of transmission, then explaining the hadith in detail, mentioning the benefits deduced from the hadith, and explaining the status of this nation and its honor in the world. May God bless all nations by distinguishing them with this blessing and favour, and also explaining the virtue of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, to his nation by guiding them to goodness and guiding them to what will bring them salvation and happiness in this world and the hereafter, Then, an explanation of the virtues of the hadith that includes God’s grace upon His servants by granting them success in doing good deeds, and that the one who succeeds is the one whom God grants success, and also an attempt to deduce the great meanings of this hadith through what the commentators of the hadith touched upon, as well as an explanation of the reasons for increasing the reward in some detail, and the study relies on the inductive approach. Then the deductive and analytical, and the research concluded with a number of results, the most important of which are: Giving large wages in exchange for small works is purely the grace of God Almighty, which He bestows on whomever He wills without reckoning. Likewise, doubling the reward for good deeds occurs through things such as: Time, place, work, worker, sincerity and other reasons, and also hastening and persevering in doing good, and not belittling or belittling any action or word that brings the servant closer to Paradise, And urging people to follow the paths that lead to knowledge by encouraging what is mentioned as a reward, and urging them to make use of one’s life for what is beneficial. The one who succeeds is the one who honors God and thanks Him, works in accordance with His attributes, and precedes in doing righteous deeds in this world to be among the first to enter Paradise in the afterlife. The research recommends directing scientific studies to follow what has been reported. In the Sunnah of the Prophet, there are few deeds with great rewards.
