المنهج الاستنباطي عند المسلمين

     إن موضوع البحث العلمي ومنهجيته في أي علم من العلوم له أهمية كبرى، فاتباع المنهجية في البحث العلمي-وخاصة الذي يقوم على أسس وأصول منضبطة وقواعد علمية- أمر ضروري حتى يصل الباحث إلى نتائج محفوظة من الخطأ وسليمة من العلل وخالية من الزلل، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان ما تميز به المسلمون من منهجية سليمة في البحث العلمي، كما يهدف إلى بيان قصب السبق لعلماء المسلمين  في اعتماد المنهجية العلمية في شتى الفنون، وتركه ميراثاً يستفيد منه المتأخرون، وكذلك إبراز المنهج الاستنباطي عند علماء الإسلام، وهو منهج من المناهج التي اتبع فيها المسلمون منهجية متميزة بقواعد وأسس منضبطة، فتوصلوا إلى معرفة استنباط الأحكام من أدلتها، وكيفية الاستفادة من المصادر سواء كانت كتاباً أو سنة أو إجماعاً أو قياساً، وبيان مراتب هذه الأدلة وما الذي يقدم منها على الآخر، على اختلاف تخصصاتهم سواء كانوا مُحدِّثين أو فقهاء أو أصوليين، ولا شك أنه اعتماد هذه المنهجية الدقيقة القائمة على الأسس والقواعد والأصول التي تبحث في مسائل الدين يزيد البحث شرفاً ، ويزداد صاحبه رفعة وحسنات ويرتفع عند المولى - عز وجل - درجات ، فيفوز بدعاء الرسول الأمين ليكون من المفقَّهين في الدين، واستخدمت في هذه الدراسة المنهج التكاملي الذي يشمل المنهج الاستقرائي والاستنباطي، والتاريخي، وخلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج منها: معرفة المنهج ومعرفة الاستنباط ، ومعرفة المنهج الاستنباطي عند المسلمين بأنه القواعد العامة التي يضعها المسلمون لاستخراج ما كان خافياً من العلوم، وأيضا معرفة مصادر الاستنباط عند المسلمين بالأدلة الشرعية وهي القرآن والسنة والإجماع والقياس، وكذلك معرفة الشروط التي يجب توافرها في الشخص المستنبط، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى معرفة المنهج الاستنباطي عند الصحابة والوقوف على مميزاته، ومعرفة المنهج الاستنباطي عند المحدثين والشروط التي اشترطوها في ذلك، وأخيرا معرفة المنهج الاستنباطي عند الفقهاء من خلال دراسة منهجية الإمام الشافعي رحمه الله تعالى، وتوصي الدراسة بدراسة المناهج الأخرى التي برع فيها علماء المسلمين الأوائل، والاستفادة منها في الدراسات العلمية، ومن هذه المناهج: المنهج التوثيقي عند علماء السنة، والمنهج التجريبي عند علماء الطبيعة الأوائل كابن الهيثم وغيره، والمنهج الاستردادي.
The subject of scientific research and its methodology in any science is of great importance. Following the methodology in scientific research - especially that which is based on disciplined foundations, principles, and scientific rules - is necessary so that the researcher reaches results that are protected from error, free from defects, and free from mistakes. The aim of this research is To explain the sound methodology that distinguished Muslims in scientific research, and it also aims to explain the pioneering position of Muslim scholars in adopting scientific methodology in various arts, leaving it as a legacy from which later generations will benefit, as well as highlighting the deductive approach among Islamic scholars, It is one of the approaches in which Muslims followed a distinct methodology with disciplined rules and foundations, so they achieved the knowledge of deducing rulings from their evidence, and how to benefit from sources, whether they are the Book, Sunnah, consensus, or analogy, and explaining the ranks of these evidences and what is superior to others, despite their different specializations. Whether they are hadith scholars, jurists, or fundamentalists, there is no doubt that adopting this precise methodology based on the foundations, rules, and principles that investigate issues of religion increases the honor of the research, and the one who does it increases his status and good deeds, and he rises in ranks in the eyes of the Lord - the Almighty - the Most High, so he wins the prayer of the trustworthy Messenger to be one of the jurists in Debt, In this study, I used the integrative approach, which includes the inductive, deductive, and historical approaches. The study concluded with results including: knowledge of the method and knowledge of deduction, and knowledge of the deductive approach according to Muslims as the general rules that Muslims establish to extract what was hidden from the sciences, and also knowledge of the sources of deduction among Muslims with evidence. Sharia law, which is the Qur’an, the Sunnah, consensus, and analogy, as well as knowledge of the conditions that must be met by the person who makes deductions. The study also reached knowledge of the deductive method of the Companions and identifying its advantages, knowledge of the deductive method of the hadith scholars and the conditions they stipulated for that, and finally knowledge of the deductive method of jurists through a study The methodology of Imam Al-Shafi’i, may God Almighty have mercy on him, The study recommends studying other approaches in which early Muslim scholars excelled, and benefiting from them in scientific studies. These approaches include: the documentary approach among Sunni scholars, the experimental approach among early natural scientists such as Ibn al-Haytham and others, and the retrieval approach.
