تجديد العلوم الشرعية ودوره في خدمة الدعوة الإسلامية

يهدف البحث إلى بيان ماهية تجديد علوم الشرع وشروطه وضوابطه، عودة بالعلوم الشرعية إلى جذورها الأولى وأصولها العالية، وربطها بالأخلاق والسلوك الإنساني، وتوظيفها في هداية العقول، وإشراق القلوب، من خلال الموازنة بين النقل والعقل، والربط بين العلم والدين، وكذلك التفرقة بين التجديد المطلوب الذي ننشده ونسعى إليه، والتبديد المرفوض الذي يسعى البعض إلى تحقيقه وتطبيقه، وتصحيح بعض المفاهيم المغلوطة حول قضية التجديد، مع إبراز المفهوم الصحيح للتجديد، وطرق تطبيقه وتوظيفه، ويهدف البحث أيضاً إلى بيان دور تجديد علوم الشرع في خدمة الدعوة الإسلامية، ويتلخص هذه الدور في إظهار المفاهيم الصحيحة للدين وتعاليمه، وإبراز شمولية الدين وكماله، وكذلك الارتقاء بالعقل والسعي إلى ريادته، مع العمل على إعادة التوازن في منهجية فكر الأمة، وانتهج البحث المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، وتوصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها: أنَّ التجديد قضية من القضايا المُهمَّة التي فرضها الواقع بمتطلباته ومستجداته، وأنَّه لن يقوم إلا على أكتاف علماء متخصصين مخلصين، وفق ضوابط منهجية محددة، وشروط علمية منضبطة، وأنَّه يكون في الفروع دون الأصول، وفي المتغيرات دون الثوابت، وأنَّ الموازنة بين النقل والعقل في التعامل مع علوم الشرع صورة من أهم صور التجديد الناجحة التي تحفظ للنص مكانته، وللعقل كرامته، وأنَّ تجديد علوم الشرع له دور كبير في خدمة الدعوة الإسلامية، ومواجهة الإلحاد محلياً وعالمياً، والحد من انتشاره في مجتمعاتنا الإسلامية والعربية، ويوصي البحث بضرورة مراعاة العمل الجماعي عند القيام بهذه المشاريع التجديدية لعلوم الشرع وتراثه، بحيث يتم التجديد بصورة جماعية تتشابك فيها الأيادي، وتتعانق فيها العقول، وتجتمع فيها الخبرات والتخصصات، من أجل تفادي الأخطاء المنهجية، والعيوب الفردية، مع وضع استراتيجيات علمية منظمة يتمَّ من خلالها إعداد موسوعات علمية بحثية في شتى علوم الشرع، يشرف عليها علماء متخصصون، تتحقق فيها شروط التجديد وآلياته، وتظهر فيها ثمرة التجديد وغايته.
The research aims to clarify the nature of the renewal of Sharia sciences, its conditions and controls, pursuing bringing back the Sharia sciences to their original roots and high origins, and hence linking them to morals and human behavior. Then employing Sharia sciences in guiding minds and illuminating hearts is accomplished through balancing reason and revelation. In addition to linking science and religion, as well as distinguishing between the required renewal sought, and the rejected dissipation that some seek to achieve and apply. Moreover, correcting some misconceptions about the issue of renewal, while highlighting the correct concept of renewal, including ways to apply and employ it is conducted. The research also aims to clarify the role of renewal of Sharia sciences in serving the Islamic call. This role is summarized in demonstrating the correct concepts of religion and its teachings, highlighting the comprehensiveness and perfection of religion, as well as elevating the mind and seeking its leadership, while working to restore balance in the methodology of the nation’s thought,The research adopted the descriptive and analytical approach. It reached a number of results, the most important of which are: that renewal is one of the important issues imposed by reality with its requirements and developments.  It will not be established except on the shoulders of dedicated, specialized scholars, according to specific methodological controls and disciplined scientific conditions. It will be in the branches rather than the principles, and in the variables rather than the constants, and that the balance between reason and revelation in addressing the sciences of Sharia is one of the most important forms. Successful renewal that preserves the status of the text and the mind its dignity. It is worth noting that, the renewal of Sharia sciences has a major role in serving the Islamic call, confronting atheism on both the local and the global levels, and limiting its spread in our Islamic and Arab societies, The research recommends the need to take into account collective action when undertaking these renewal projects for the Sharia sciences and its heritage. Thus, the renewal takes place collectively in which hands intertwine, minds intertwine, and experiences and specializations come together, in order to avoid methodological errors and individual defects, while developing organized scientific strategies through which scientific research encyclopedias in various Islamic sciences are prepared, supervised by specialized scholars, to be achieved. It contains the conditions and mechanisms of renewal, and the fruit and purpose of renewal appear.
