الأحاديث النبوية الواردة في النصيحة في الكتب التسعة -جمع ودراسة-

لكل مقام في النصيحة حال ومقال، فمن الأهمية بمكانٍ جمع أحاديثها وتخريجها وبيان ما يثبت منها وما لم يثبت؛ مما يُبنى عليه بيان الأحوال التي تكون فيها النصيحة؛ مما يُفيد عامة المسلمين والدعاة، وجمع الأحاديث النبوية الواردة في النصيحة ودراستها لها أهمية أعظيمة، لما للنصيحة من أهمية ومكانة في الشرع، ورغم كثرة المؤلفات المتعلقة بالنصيحة عمومًا وخصوصًا، لم أجد من عُني بتخريج الأحاديث ودراستها دراسة حديثية تُبيِّن حكمها من حيث الصحة والضعف، وجمع طرقها وأسانيدها، فإن بناء فقه الأحاديث والعمل بها قائم أولًا على ثبوتها وصحتها، ولذلك كانت الحاجة ماسَّة إلى تخريجها ودراستها دراسة حديثية، ويهدف البحث إلى بيان فضل النصيحة التي وردت في أحاديث كثيرة، ومكانتها، وأحوالها، علنًا وسِرًا، لينًا وشدّة، صراحة وتلميحًا، وإن خدمة الحديث النبوي، وجمع أحاديث رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في باب عظيم مثل النصيحة، وبيان ما يصح منها وما لا يصح، وكذلك بيان حاجة جميع المسلمين إليه، كبيرهم وصغيرهم، حاكمهم ومحكومهم، معلمهم وتلميذهم، فجميع المسلمين بحاجة ماسَّة إلى معرفة أحكام النصيحة، وخير ما يُهتدى به في أحكام النصيحة، التوجيهات الواردة من مشكاة النبوة، فيما صح وثبت عن النبي ﷺ من ذلك، ولا يُعرف الثابت من غيره إلا بدراستها وتخريجها دراسة حديثية، ومنهجي في الدراسة يعتمد على جمع الأحاديث الواردة في النصيحة، واقتصرت على الأحاديث المرفوعة، والأحاديث التي ليست في الصحيحين أدرسها دراسة علمية وفق قواعد المحدثين، وأبين الحكم عليها، مستفيدًا من أحكام الأئمة المحدِّثين، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنه تم جمع الأحاديث المتعلقة بالنصيحة في الكتب التسعة، وتبين أن الثابت منها -صحيحًا أو حسنًا- عدده ثلاثة عشر حديثًا، وثلاثة أحاديث ضعيفة، وما ذلك إلا لأهمية النصيحة ومكانتها في الشرع، وهذا في جذر "نصح"، وإلا فما دلَّ على النصيحة بمعناها دون لفظها فهو كثير، بل هو الدين كله إذ يشمل كل أمر ونهي كما تقدم، وتوصي الدراسة بتتبع الجذر في غير الكتب التسعة.

It is of great importance to collect its hadiths, summarize them, and explain what is proven and what is not proven, Among the things upon which a statement of the circumstances in which advice is based is based; Which benefits the general Muslims and preachers, and collecting the prophetic hadiths contained in advice and studying them is of great importance, because of the importance and status of advice in the Sharia, and despite the abundance of literature related to advice in general and in particular, I did not find anyone who bothered to graduate the hadiths and study them in a modern study that shows their ruling in terms of health and weakness, and collecting Its methods and chains of transmission. Building the jurisprudence of hadiths and acting on them is based first on their reliability and authenticity, and therefore there was an urgent need to graduate them and study them in a hadith study. The research aims to explain the virtue of the advice that was mentioned in many hadiths, Its status and circumstances, publicly and privately, softly and strongly, explicitly and implicitly, and serving the Prophet’s hadith, and collecting the hadiths of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, in a great chapter such as advice, and explaining what is valid from it and what is not valid, as well as explaining the need of all Muslims, great and small, for it. Their ruler and ruled, their teacher and their student. All Muslims are in dire need of knowledge of the rulings of advice, and the best thing to be guided by in the rulings of advice is the directives coming from the niche of prophecy, as authentic and proven from the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, regarding that. What is proven from other than that is known only by studying it and graduating from a modern, systematic study. In the study, he relies on collecting the hadiths contained in advice, and is limited to the hadiths that are raised, and the hadiths that are not in the two Sahih books I study scientifically according to the rules of hadith scholars, I explain the ruling on it, taking advantage of the rulings of the hadith imams, and the study concluded that the hadiths related to advice were collected in the nine books, and it became clear that the confirmed ones - authentic or good - number thirteen hadiths, and three weak hadiths, and this is only due to the importance of advice and its place in the Sharia. This is in the root “advise.” Otherwise, what indicates advice in its meaning without its wording is many. Rather, it is the entire religion, as it includes every command and prohibition, as mentioned above. The study recommends following the root in other than the nine books.
