توحيد مرجع الضمائر في السياق الواحد أولى من تفريقها وأثر ذلك على التفسير دراسة تطبيقية على تفسير الدر المصون للسمين الحلبي

يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان تقعيد العلماء لقواعد تضبط العِلم وتجمع شتاته، فقواعد التفسير تُعين طالب العلم على فهم كتاب الله فهما صحيحاً، وتضبط العلم، وقاعدة: (توحيد مرجع الضمائر في السياق الواحد أولَى من تفريقها) تكشف عن أسرار النظم القرآني، وتُثرى معانيه، وتساعد على الترجيح بين أقوال المفسرين، فضلا عن ذلك فالدراسة والتطبيق للقاعدة على كتابٍ من كتب التفاسير يرسِّخ العلم في الباحث، واعتمد البحث على المنهج التحليلي، وخلص البحث إلى : أن تفسير (الدر المصون في علوم الكتاب المكنون) حافل بأنواع شتى من فنون التفسير، وهي كفيلة في إيضاح معاني الآيات وأحكامها، ودلالاتها اللغوية، وأيضا يعد تفسير الدر المصون مدرسة في أكثر العلوم لما يمتاز به من مزج لسائرها وتذليل لعلوم الآلة في خدمة كتاب الله تعالى، وكذلك تبين اعتماد الإمام السمين الحلبي لأصل من الأصول المهمة في التفسير ألا وهو (توحيد مرجع الضمائر في السياق الواحد ، أولى من تفريقها) ، فهو من القرائن المهمة في الترجيح بين أقوال المفسرين، كما بان أن رجوع الضمير إلى المحدَّث عنه في السياق، أولى من رجوعه إلى غيره، لأنه هو المقصود بالكلام، وإليه يتَّجه الخطاب، وتوصل البحث إلى أن هذه الدراسة التطبيقية مهمة فهي تبرز أثر قاعدة : (توحيد مرجع الضمائر في السياق الواحد ، أولى من تفريقها) في الترجيح بين اختلافات المفسرين في تقدير عود الضمير، ويوصي الباحث بالعناية بهذا التفسير، ويلفت الانتباه إلى ضرورة خدمته خدمة شاملة متميزة من خلال تناوله بالتحقيق العلمي الدقيق لسائر ما يحتويه من فروع العلم المختلفة، فتفسير بهذا الشمول وهذه الموسوعية لحري بأن تمتد إليه يد إخواني الباحثين لاستخراج درره ولآلئه، وتجلية فوائده ولطائفه وذلك لتيسير الاستفادة منه على الوجه الأمثل الذي يناسب شموليته وموسوعيته.

It helps to weigh the sayings of the commentators, In addition, the study and application of the rule on a book of interpretations establishes knowledge in the researcher, and the research relied on the analytical method. , and its linguistic connotations, and also the interpretation of Al-Durr Al-Masun is considered a school in most of the sciences because it is distinguished by its blending of all its sciences and subjugating the sciences of the machine in the service of the Book of God Almighty, as well as showing the dependence of Imam Al-Samin Al-Halabi on one of the important principles in the interpretation, which is (unifying the reference of pronouns in the one context, first to separate them), It is one of the important clues in the weighting between the sayings of the interpreters, just as it is clear that the return of the pronoun to the person speaking about it in the context is better than its return to something else, because it is what is meant by the speech, and to it the discourse is directed. The research concluded that this applied study is important, as it highlights the effect of the rule: ( Unifying the reference to pronouns in the same context is better than separating them) in the weighting between the differences of interpreters in estimating the return of the pronoun, and recommends the researcher to pay attention to this interpretation, and draws attention to the need to serve it as a comprehensive and distinct service by dealing with it with careful scientific investigation of all the different branches of science it contains, This comprehensive This encyclopedia should be extended to it by my fellow researchers in order to extract its pearls and pearls, and to clarify its benefits and sects, in order to facilitate the use of it in the best way that suits its comprehensiveness and encyclopedia.
