التعايش السلمي ومقاصده "مجتمع المدينة المنورة نموذجًا"

يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان مشروعية وفرضية التعايش السلمي بين الناس، فضلا عن بيان المقاصد المنشودة للتعايش كما صاغها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلّم، كما يهدف إلى استكشاف أهم التحديات التي تواجه تحقيق التعايش السلميّ وكيف يتعامل معها أبناء المجتمع، مسترشدًا في ذلك بوثيقة المدينة المنورة، والتي تُعدّ -بحق- نموذجًا تطبيقيًا للوثائق الإنسانية اللازمة لتأمين حياة الناس ومعايشهم، وقد اتبع الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي والاستردادي التاريخي، ومن خلالهما يستقرأ الباحث أهم أحداث السيرة وخاصة في الفترة المدنية، ثم يحلل تلك الأحداث وما يمكن الاستفادة منه للواقع المعاصر، وقد خلُص الباحث إلى عدد من النتائج، من أهمها: "أنَّ التعايش هو الحل الأمثل لتجنب الصراعات الدينية والفكرية، بيان عظَم الرسالة الإسلامية في تحقيق العيش المشترك وفقًا لقانون الاندماج الإنساني لا الذوبان القاتل للاستقلالية الإسلامية، إظهار كمال دولة المدينة الناشئة في طبيعتها الإنسانية، ومرجعيتها الواقعية، وركائزها المدنية، والتعايش السلمي هو الحل الأمثل لتجنب الصراعات باختلاف أنواعها، وأيضا من أصول التعايش السلمي: الإيمان بالتعددية واحتفاظ الناس بحقوقهم، وكذلك أن حقيقة التعايش السلمي في إيجاد طرق سلمية للعلاقة بين الأفراد المختلفين، وأن التعايش مقبول مع المُسَالِمِين، أما المحتل المقاتل فلا تعايش معه؛ فقد قَتَلَ وبغى واستبدّ وتغطرس على الضعفاء والمستضعفين، ورسالة الإسلام تأبى الودّ والتعايش مع المجرمين المعتدين، ومما انتهى إليه البحث أن التعايش قيمة إسلامية إنسانية أسسها القرآن ودعت إليها السنّة النبوية، وشجّعت على تحقيقها بين المسلمين والمسلمين، وبين المسلمين وغيرهم في الوطن الصغير والوطن الإنساني الكبير، ويوصي البحث بتكثيف الدراسات العلمية التي تعمل على استكشاف أوجه الريادة في وثائق الإسلام الأولى -التي حقَّقت التعايش السلميّ بين الناس-، ثم عقد مؤتمرات السلام وتكثيف إشغال الرأي العام بوسائل تحقيق السلم الاجتماعي والأمن المجتمعي، تدريس منهج دراسي لطلاب الجامعات حول القواسم المشتركة بين البشر وآليات بناء الأوطان وتحقيق المواطنة الرشيدة.
This research aims to clarify the legitimacy and hypothesis of peaceful coexistence among people, as well as clarifying the desired purposes of coexistence as formulated by the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. Which is - rightly - an applied model for the humanitarian documents necessary to secure people's lives and livelihoods, The researcher followed the historical inductive and retrospective approach, and through them the researcher extrapolates the most important events of the biography, especially in the civil period, and then analyzes those events and what can be benefited from in the contemporary reality. Religious and intellectual, showing the greatness of the Islamic message in achieving coexistence in accordance with the law of human integration and not the fatal assimilation of Islamic independence, showing the perfection of the emerging city-state in its human nature, its realistic reference, and its civil pillars, and peaceful coexistence is the ideal solution to avoid conflicts of all kinds, and also one of the principles of coexistence Peaceful: Belief in pluralism and people’s preservation of their rights, as well as that the reality of peaceful coexistence lies in finding peaceful ways for the relationship between different individuals, and that coexistence is acceptable with peaceful people, but as for the fighting occupier, there is no coexistence with it; He killed, oppressed, tyrannized, and arrogantly over the weak and oppressed, and the message of Islam rejects friendliness and coexistence with the criminal aggressors, and from what the research concluded is that coexistence is an Islamic human value founded by the Qur’an and called for by the Sunnah of the Prophet, and encouraged to achieve it between Muslims and Muslims, And between Muslims and others in the small homeland and the great human homeland, and the research recommends intensifying scientific studies that work to explore the aspects of pioneering in the first documents of Islam - which achieved peaceful coexistence among people -, then holding peace conferences and intensifying public opinion with the means of achieving social peace and community security, teaching Curriculum for university students on the common denominators between humans and the mechanisms of building nations and achieving good citizenship < /p>
