يهدف هذا البحث إلى طرح دور الشريعة الإسلامية في العناية بالأمن الفكري وتوفير كل أسباب حمايته واستقامته والمحافظة عليه، وطرح معالجة الشريعة الإسلامية لأسباب اختلال الأمن الفكري في المجتمع، ويُعد الأمن الفكري من المصطلحات الحديثة نسبياً، حيث بدأ يأخذ مرتبة متقدمة في أعقاب التطور الكبير الذي شهده العالم، وفي ظل الثورة المعلوماتية الكبرى، ومع تطور وسائل الاتصال والمواصلات، وسهولة انتقال الثقافات وتأثر بعضها ببعض، وقد عني الإسلام بالأمن الفكري عناية بالغة وجعله ضرورة من الضرورات لأمن الفرد والأسرة والمجتمع والأمة، بل للإنسانية جمعياً ليعيش الجميع في أمن واستقرار وطمأنينة، واعتمدت على المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي، وذلك من خلال استقراء ركائز الأمن الفكري في الشريعة الإسلامية، وتحليل هذه الركائز وآلية التطبيق علي الواقع، وانتهى البحث إلى أن الأمن الفكري يحقق للأمة أهم خصائصها، وذلك بتحقيق التلاحم والوحدة في الفكر والمنهج والغاية، حماية الطفولة من الآثار السلبية للتغيرات المتسارعة والتي أفرزتها عوامل متعددة كدخول المرأة لميدان العمل، أو اغتراب الوالدين أو انفصالهما والذي نجم عنه نقص في الرعاية الأسرية، حماية المجتمع المسلم من ارتفاع نسبة الجريمة والعنف والتطرف والإرهاب وما ذلك إلا نتاج فكر منحرف ومعوج، حماية الفكر من منافذ الغزو الفكري أو الاستعمار الثقافي الذي يستهدف الإساءة إلى العقائد والمبادئ، تنمية الاقتصاد والمحافظة على ثروات المجتمع وخيراته، واستثمارها فيما يعود بالنفع عليه، مما يورث حالة الأمن والاستقرار للمواطنين، ويوصي البحث بإنشاء مراكز البحوث والدراسات الفكرية التي تهتم بدراسة الاختراقات الفكرية التي تحدث نتيجة التقارب الزماني والمكاني بين أطراف الكرة الأرضية، وتقوم بقياس دقيق وعميق لمسار الوجهة الفكرية لدي الشباب أيا كانت طبيعة هذه الأفكار من حيث نشأتها وغاياتها ومن ثم التعامل معها بما يناسبها علي أسس علمية، ويوصي بضرورة اهتمام صناع القرار بالحوار الفكري القائم علي التأصيل الشرعي، والمبني علي المخاطبة العقلانية، والحرية الفكرية0
This research aims to present the role of Islamic law in taking care of intellectual security and providing all the reasons for its protection, integrity and preservation, and to propose the treatment of Islamic law for the reasons for the imbalance of intellectual security in society. the world, and in light of the great information revolution, and with the development of means of communication and transportation, And the ease of transmission of cultures and their influence on each other, and Islam has taken great care of intellectual security and made it a necessity for the security of the individual, the family, society and the nation, but rather for humanity as a whole so that everyone can live in security, stability and tranquility, and it relied on the inductive and analytical approach, by extrapolating the pillars of intellectual security in Islamic law , and analyzing these pillars and the mechanism of application in reality, and the research concluded that intellectual security achieves the most important characteristics of the nation, by achieving cohesion and unity in thought, approach and purpose, protecting childhood from the negative effects of the rapid changes that were produced by multiple factors such as women entering the field of work, Or the alienation or separation of the parents, which resulted in a lack of family care. Protecting the Muslim community from the high rate of crime, violence, extremism and terrorism, and all that is nothing but a product of deviant and crooked thought. Protecting thought from the outlets of intellectual invasion or cultural colonization that aims to offend beliefs and principles. On the wealth and bounties of society, and investing them in what is beneficial to him, which inherits a state of security and stability for citizens, It accurately and deeply measures the path of the intellectual orientation of young people, whatever the nature of these ideas in terms of their origin and goals, and then deals with them in a way that suits them on scientific grounds
