الآثار الاجتماعية المتعلقة بعبادة الزکاة على الفرد والمجتمع على ضوء دراسة النصوص القرآنية

تناولت بفضل الله في هذا البحث جملة من المسائل الشرعية الموضوعة تحت جانب الآثار الاجتماعية في فريضة مهمة في حياة کل مسلم وهي عبادة الزکاة، وفق ما ورد في شأنها في القرآن الکريم، وتم بحث هذا الموضوع ابتداء في بيان أهمية معرفة الارتباط الوثيق بين الجانب الاجتماعي مع العبادات من خلال الدعوة للإخلاص في العمل وتقوية الجانب الأخلاقي، مع رعاية الأقارب في هذه العبادة، ثم تناولت بنظرة عامة ما يتعلق بجانب تشريع الزکاة في الدين الإسلامي من خلال معرفة تاريخ هذا التشريع، والأدلة عليها في القرآن والسنة النبوية، مع توضيح مکانة الزکاة والمواضع التي ينبغي أن تتوجه إليها، وکان هناک التناول لجانب مهم تم وضعه تحت عنوان فروقات بين الزکاة وغيرها من النفقات، مثل الصدقة والجزية، والضريبة والنذر، وأخيرا الکفارة، وذلک بصورة موجزة بعيدا عن التفصيلات البحثية في هذه الفروقات، وذلک لتبيان الآثار الاجتماعية في هذه الأحکام عن الزکاة، و جاء أساس الموضوع لبيان الآثار الاجتماعية للزکاة في المجتمع على الفرد والمجتمع، من خلال النظر في هذه الآثار على الفرد في تحقيق الاستقرار الأسري، وتأليف القلوب على الدين، وتطهير الأنفس من الشح والحسد، والحد من ظاهرة العنوسة، ومن تفشي الطلاق، ثم جاء التناول للآثار الاجتماعية للزکاة على المجتمع، من خلال دراسة کيف تحقق الزکاة التکافل الاجتماعي، وأنها معينة للحد من الطبقية في المجتمع وکذلک من الجريمة بسبب الجشع على المال، وأنها توصل المجتمع لتحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية والکرامة الإنسانية، ولم اغفل عن تناول جانب إعانة الزکاة المجتمع في مواجهة الکوارث والأزمات مثل الفيضانات، الزلازل، المجاعة، والحروب، وتعرفت في هذا البحث على الکثير من الفوائد المتعلقة بهذا الموضوع والمتعلق برکن من أرکان الإسلام، مع الفهم للکثير من آثاره في حياتنا، والتي تقود المسلم إلى أهمية تعليمها للناس ليزدادوا تعلقا بهذه الفريضة المبارکة على أنفسهم وأهل بيتهم، ثم على المجتمع بأکمله، ومن أهم ما أوصي به في هذا البحث  زيادة التأکيد على أن الزکاة فريضة محکمة تحتاج إلى مزيد عناية من مؤسسات الدولة، وينبغي زيادة الوعي الديني، وزرع الأخلاق الفاضلة في نفوس المسلمين، وحضهم على أداء الزکاة والعطاء من خلال الهيئات والمؤسسات التعليمية والدينية.
By the grace of God, in this research, I dealt with a number of legal issues that are placed under the aspect of social effects in an important duty in the life of every Muslim, which is the worship of zakat, according to what was mentioned about it in the Holy Qur’an. Worships by calling for sincerity in work and strengthening the moral aspect, while taking care of relatives in this worship, and then I dealt with an overview regarding the aspect of Zakat legislation in the Islamic religion by knowing the history of this legislation, and the evidence for it in the Qur’an and the Prophetic Sunnah, with clarification of the status of zakat and the places to which it should be directed, and there was a brief discussion of an important aspect that was placed under the title of differences between zakat and other expenses, such as charity and tribute, tax and vows, and finally penance, in a brief manner away from the research details in these differences, and that To clarify the social effects in these provisions on zakat, and the basis of the topic came to explain the social effects of zakat on the individual and society, by looking at these effects on the individual in achieving family stability, reconciling hearts on religion, purifying souls from greed and envy, and reducing the phenomenon Spinsterhood, and the spread of divorce, and then came to address the social effects of zakat on society, by studying how zakat achieves social solidarity, and that it is specific to reduce class in society, As well as from crime because of greed for money, and that it connects society to achieve social justice and human dignity, and I did not neglect to address the aspect of Zakat subsidy in society in the face of disasters and crises such as floods, earthquakes, famine, and wars, and I got to know in this research many benefits related to this topic and related One of the pillars of Islam, with an understanding of many of its effects in our lives, which leads the Muslim to the importance of teaching it to people so that they become more attached to this blessed duty on themselves and their family, and then on the entire community, One of the most important recommendations in this research is to increase the emphasis that zakat is a tight obligation that needs more attention from state institutions, and religious awareness should be increased, virtuous morals should be cultivated in the hearts of Muslims, and they are urged to perform zakat and giving through educational and religious bodies and institutions.
